Where the Name Comes From
Anantavya: built around the idea of limitless growth.
The name draws from the Sanskrit Ananta — without end, limitless. We built the company around that idea: that the right hiring decision should open up growth for a business, not just fill a vacancy.
Anantavya Careers was founded in 2025 in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, with a deliberately narrow focus — IT staffing, recruitment, consulting and digital solutions — instead of trying to be a generalist hiring agency covering every industry under one roof. Technology roles are specific enough, and change fast enough, that we'd rather go deep on them than spread thin across sectors we don't understand as well.

Om Prakash Mishra founded Anantavya Careers on a simple premise: most companies don't struggle to find IT candidates — they struggle to find the right ones, fast, without compromising on quality or culture fit. As Founder & CEO, Om stays close to client engagements directly, especially in the early stage of every relationship, so the brief, the shortlist and the standard of vetting reflect what the role actually needs.

Where We Operate
Based in Noida. Built for Pan-India and remote delivery.
Our team operates out of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, in the heart of the Delhi NCR technology corridor. Engagements run across India and for remote, distributed teams, with on-ground support for clients in the NCR region — Noida, Delhi, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Faridabad — and structured remote delivery everywhere else.
